SYSLOG ARAUCÁRIA

The Syslog Araucária Last Mile logistics warehouse is strategically located near Rodovia Engenheiro Adolar Schultze - PR-423, nº 3301. This is a modern logistics development designed to meet the needs of Mercado Livre in a BTS (Built to Suit) model and will be integrated into the HSI Logística Real Estate Fund (HSLG11) portfolio. 

The project was developed on a 327,000 m² site and features approximately 92,000 m² of Gross Leasable Area (GLA), with a high construction standard, including a 12-meter clear height and a floor load capacity of 6 tons/m². It also offers several support facilities, such as a cafeteria, locker rooms, rest areas, gatehouse, and fully paved infrastructure.

Technology and Sustainability

One of the key highlights of Syslog Araucária is the implementation of Stormtech, an innovative stormwater drainage system that replaces traditional concrete methods. Using arch-shaped HDPE cells, this system forms underground galleries that store and release rainwater in a controlled manner, reducing environmental impact and optimizing water management in the area. 

In addition to ensuring greater efficiency and speed in project execution, this sustainable technology helps prevent flooding and minimizes the strain on the public drainage system.
