Project and construction works management services of a triple-A (AAA) standard commercial building designed by Aflalo/Gasperini Architects, on Av. Luiz Carlos Berrini in the city of São Paulo, with 35 floors of offices and 5 underground parking garage floors, as well as a parking garage annex building with 4 basement levels and a ground floor. The project has 98 000 m2 of total area, with 47 000 m2 consisting of leasable area, and holds a LEED PLATINUM certification for sustainability.
