The difference in Project and Construction Management carried out by Planservice at Águas Claras Hospital is in the project that was developed using the BIM concept, using the Revit software. Its use reduces the interference between the different disciplines, reducing work rework, and, consequently, the final cost.

The Assisted Operation Management work was also carried out, consisting of a set of activities that allowed the monitoring of the training and qualification of the Hospital teams responsible for the activities of operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of the building facilities of the enterprise, transferring all the knowledge and experience required to operate building equipment and systems.
