DISTRIBUTION CENTER CAJAMAR (DCC)

PLANSERVICE worked in the Construction Management of the recently completed New Logistics Center, designed by GTIS Partners and Etoile.  

The Distribution Center Cajamar (DCC) was built on a plot of 354,460 m² and built area of 153,975 m². The Logistic Condominium consists of 22 shed modules with functional support - administrative with cafeteria, concierge, driver support, building support, pump house and reservoir, entrance cabin, sewage treatment plant, leisure area block, external toilets , water treatment plant and two artesian wells.
