REC Sapucaí

Project and construction works management services for a corporate building with approximately 130 000 m², LEED STANDARD certification, concept and architectural design by OSCAR NIEMEYER and implemented adjacent to the grandstands of the Sambódromo in Cidade Nova, Rio de Janeiro. The project was started in April 2011 and completed in the first half of 2015.
