GRADED SCHOOL

Associação Escola Graduada de São Paulo, which maintains the renowned GRADED SCHOOL, located in the Morumbi neighborhood, in São Paulo, is promoting the modernization of some of its internal facilities, auditorium and cafeteria, as well as the retrofit of the facade, redistribution of technical areas and increasing the capacity of users of the facilities.  

PLANSERVICE was hired for Project and Construction Management, which began in the second half of 2022, involving budget control (cost engineering and controllership), contract management for the construction company and its sub-suppliers, field inspection, technical receipt and follow-up of legal processes in concessionaires and public agencies.
