The Project Coordination team at PLANSERVICE is actively responsible for the management of processes that enable the elaboration of projects and complementary technical material, in preparation for the beginning and development of construction work, so as to enable delivery of the project with quality, thereby meeting the operational needs of our customers. Design coordination is extremely important to ensure the logical and efficient execution of the documentation for projects in the venture. Our actions are performed with the required formality and appropriate degree of detailing for the execution of the specific services for each sector.
PLANSERVICE METHODOLOGY DESIGN COORDINATION
Analysis of contracted scope, meetings with the customer for alignment and receipt of information for the development of planning and monitoring of project coordination activities.
Management of Scope: Coordination of the activities performed by project design teams and specialized consultants. The development of the various activities is monitored in such a way that the contents of the projects and other technical information from the various associated fields of knowledge are analyzed for compatibility and commented by the PLANSERVICE team with the help of routines, and released in the Critical Analysis Reports (CAR) (RAC - Relatórios de Análise Crítica) and Process Analysis Reports (PAR) (RAP - Relatórios de Análise de Processos) which indicate whether review work is required until their ultimate delivery for use in performance of the construction works.
Communications management.
Verification and release of the measurements made by the companies involved in the elaboration of the projects.
BENEFITS DESIGN COORDINATION
It all starts with the management and coordination of the various projects, such as the architectural, structural, electrical and hydraulic projects, among others. The interfaces between these projects must be studied so that, when the time comes for their execution, there is no question or doubt as to what and how to do the job, thus avoiding improvisation, error and reworking.
- Decisions made at the beginning of the project have a direct impact on the quality and cost of the product to be delivered to customers.
- Seeking compatibility between the areas of knowledge involved in projects avoids the development of several problems during their execution and, consequently, additional costs and modifications out in the field.
- Work performed with the required dedication and effort so as to minimize risks and possible wastefulness that the construction work might be subject to during its execution
- Compliance with project requirements necessary for quality and sustainability certifications.
