Elaboration of calls for tenders, Equalization of proposals, Service order issuance, Opening and maintenance of the Construction Project Daily Log/record of occurrences, Management meetings, Handling of administrative noncompliance and inaccuracies in execution (RNC - Reportable Non-compliance), Management reports, Physical-Financial control/Service measurements, Analysis of additionals, Verification and release of issued invoices, Provisional and definitive receipt/Financial closing of contracts.
